2. When installing on the pipeline, the glass rotor flowmeter is installed vertically. At this time, it is first necessary to see whether the upstream and downstream pipelines are in a straight line. If it is not in a straight line, it will not only affect the measurement accuracy of the meter, but also damage the meter.

3. After the first two points are correct, you can start using it. After installing the flowmeter, the operator should first read the instructions in detail. Then open the valve. When opening the valve, pay attention to the speed and open it slowly. If it is estimated that the flow can float the rotor and the rotor does not move upwards, stop and continue to open the valve at this time, while gently tapping the pipe to make the rotor rise slowly . 4. Pay attention to safe use: Some users have such a phenomenon. In order to observe the readings of the flowmeter and see the scale of the flowmeter more clearly, the front cover of the flowmeter will be removed. In fact, this is not allowed, because the glass tube Easy to blast, the cover is removed and used, and the cover plays a protective role. Therefore, the cover cannot be removed and used.

5. The glass tube is a fragile product, especially when it expands with heat and shrinks with cold, so be sure to pay attention to the temperature difference, the temperature difference between day and night, etc.
