The necessity of correct selection:
Nowadays, many customers are more concerned about the price, thus neglecting how to select the correct type. This is the key, and some key parameters. Only in this way can you be a qualified instrument worker. From the following three points to teach you the correct selection.
1. Medium type: For clear and mixed liquid, clean gas and mixed gas, different flowmeters need to be selected.
2. Flow rate range: The fluid flow rate range should be moderate, not exceeding the range of the flowmeter. If it exceeds, choose the corresponding electromagnetic flowmeter
3. Pipeline diameter: For smaller pipe sizes, rotors, turbines and electromagnetic flowmeters are generally used, and for large pipe diameters, mass flowmeters and ultrasonic flowmeters are generally used. Some pipes are not suitable for electromagnetic and ultrasonic applications. So which one to choose should be decided according to the site conditions.
The importance of key parameters:
One of the most important factors to consider accuracy is the need to provide accurate selection parameters. When selecting the parameters of the electromagnetic flowmeter, temperature, pressure, measuring medium, caliber range, etc. will be taken into consideration. The error of any factor will affect the measurement.
In terms of temperature and pressure, these two parameters have a great influence on the density of the liquid. The liquid will change with temperature changes, pressure changes, and the density of the medium. In the production process, the flow meter is calibrated according to the parameters provided by the customer when calibrating. Errors may occur when measured in different environments.
The more accurate the parameters provided by the end customer, the more accurate the electromagnetic flowmeter will be out of the factory.
